Every Health Mate sauna is made of 100% solid, natural Eucalyptus Wood for durability–and it's eco-friendly since it grows rapidly and is easily re-harvested! The construction is 100% toxic free, all the way to the heater materials. Health Mate saunas are designed to be easy to assemble. With the Renew series, the buckle fastening design means you won’t even need a screwdriver - no tools required for the assembly!
Other features in the Renew saunas include powerful TruInfraTM (on the back wall) and TecoloyTM heaters (on the front wall and under the bench) for a true 360 degree infrared heat for your whole body. Bluetooth speakers allow you to listen to your favorite soothing music, and the chromotherapy lights further add to your sauna experience. Controlling the temperature and time of your sauna session is easy with the dual control pad (picture). The ceiling vent guarantees flow of oxygen during your sauna use - fresh air is important for enjoying those long sessions in your new sauna!

Health Mate saunas are hand-built with premium eucalyptus. The eucalyptus wood used in Health Mate saunas is not only good for your health - it is also good for the environment. It is sustainably sourced plus each plank is 100% eucalyptus, all natural, and non-toxic.
Renew has powerful far infrared TruInfra carbon heaters on the back wall, and TecoloyTM S Series far infrared heaters under the bench and on the front wall. The whole sauna construction is 100% toxic free, and all the heaters are low EMF.

Hanging Shelf
A sauna hanging shelf is available to maintain your sauna-related items. The shelf has space for books or towels and hooks for clothes or robe. The sauna hanging shelf can be inserted at the top of the side of the sauna, either inside or outside.
Ergonomic Backrest
The evenly spaced cedar rods allows better air circulation for your skin when stretching out in your sauna. The ergonomic lumbar support follows the curvature of your body, reducing the pressure on your back by distributing the weight evenly when you lean against it.
Standard Backrest
Our standard cedar backrest has full slats to give your body extra support when you want to stretch out. The smooth design is comfortable, promoting relaxation and well-being.
